UK Delivery

Standard Delivery

• Free UK delivery when you spend £15 or more. (2-4 days excluding bank holidays and weekends). Please note that free delivery is only applied to orders where the final basket total is £15 or higher. Please be aware that applying discount codes to orders, may reduce your overall total to below £15 and therefore standard postage costs will be charged. 
• Standard delivery costs are £3.99 for orders £14.99 or under.

• You'll receive an order confirmation email after purchase.
• Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday
• Residents of the Isle of Scilly, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland, this service may take an additional 2 days to reach you, under the '2 Day Offshore' carriage.
• Has your delivery gone missing? Please wait up to 6 working days after ordering, then contact our customer service team at support@lakelandcosmetics.co.uk. Don’t forget to include your order number!
• PLEASE NOTE - we are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at check out. If you have inputted your address incorrectly and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, you will have to wait until the package is returned back to our warehouse before we can resend.
